My photo montage wasn’t exactly what it was planned to be, but i ended up with this final product after many effects and and editing. My original idea was to be that god sees everything that we do. I was going to add in eyes into the picture and somehow blend it in but it was difficult to work my way around it. I am pretty happy with my finished product because it looks nice and it’s a cool and casual picture that you’d see at a coffee shop or cafe. The girl i took the picture of has the last name of Blue so i thought it would be cool to use the color blue as a more dominent color for the picture.

The theme for my collage was based around patterns and lifestyles. Directly influenced by Rauschenberg, my collage was many elements and components to make it what it is. As you can see in my collage you see Borat holding the world on a stick. It parallels to the antenna with the waves coming out of it because media influences the world. Media is a form of propaganda that molds our nation. The parachute guy falling means that we as people and a world is falling into the world of media, and a pause from our everyday routines can save our lives. The shrooms actually has no meaning in my picture except for giving my collage a physodelic effect and it looks bad ass. So the message i’m trying to give from my collage is, take some time to see what’s around you and explore it because who knows, you might just end up missing what’s right infront of your eyes.

This is my business card

i wanted my business card to be a graffiti eched look. i was going for a raggy and a rebellious approach. If i were to redo my business card, i would take it more seriously. i would make it more serious and presentable to an actual client. But since this was my first work in my photo journalism class, i wanted to express art in the form of my liking.
